The starting point for consultations is a 1-month process that may involve at least 4 calls and follow-ups. This can involve anything from lifestyle, stress, training, strength & conditioning, breathing, and anything related to the performance, health, and the lifestyle space. In 25 years I have learned that this is not simply providing the client with a protocol or solution, it is guiding them to learn why, how, where and when to apply what I have spent a career understanding into place. This is an art that helps me as a practitioner understand your behavior so that you can remove what is getting in the way, allow for change, and subsequently gives us the ability to create new experience’s into practice for meaningful changes.

Availability is limited and a commitment is required to engage in a consultation.


For group sessions that require speaking and training around principles and applications of stress management with breath control. This is more of a practical education experience into how stress physiology works and how to develop resilience with it. This can range from 1hr talks & practical experience with real world application of breathing, to corporate and team training on stress management and how that works with the human experience.
